Heavy Rain Watch
Metservice has issued a Yellow Heavy rain watch for the Auckland region including GBI - a deep low over the Tasman Sea is directing moist northerlies over New Zealand on Thursday and Friday. This is expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds. To keep up to date please visit the Metservice Website

Test of tsunami sirens Ōrewa 6th April
Our bi-annual test of the two tsunami sirens at Ōrewa will take place on the last day of daylight saving, Sunday 6 April, at 12pm midday. Don't be concerned if you're in the area and you hear the test.
